Report a Policy Violation
For those who have many watchers, and for those who don’t have many, it is hard to know how one retains that interest as well as receive more. This article explores the basics of watchers and how we react to certain situations. Although it does not affect some deviants, and the tips are generally related to common sense, we hope the article is a worthwhile read and that the majority learn something from reading this.

I was sitting at my computer...going through my OLD radio blog club account, looking at the songs I had on there....and came across my HIM songs from Dark Light CD....I LOVE that CD, and totally forgot about it. Well, now I have Limewire and iTunes, so I downloaded it, and I've been listening to them all while lining and coloring this. So yeah, one of the songs I had was Wings of a Butterfly. When I listened to this the first time, I decided to draw this pic. Took me a few days to perfect it. I scanned it, but wasn't skilled at the time in lining and coloring. Sooooooo....when I listened to the song again and realized, HEY I never finished that! So....here it is.  |

I do enjoy the coloring, though the hair is a bit dark and kind of harder to see the fullness of it because the background is also so dark. The legs are a little 2-Dish and the knee doesn't line up with the back of the knee on the leg sticking out. I would also like to see more wings, bigger maybe, I do realize that one of them is hidden behind the body, but with the way its positioned I was hoping to see a bit of it stick out from the side or the bottom, it just kind-of disappears at the hairline. The bangs also contradict the hair with the way the wind is blowing, since it is blowing towards the right, the bangs should also blow that way rather than bend into it. And the eyes are too far apart I think...I could be wrong.
Whew. ^^ now for the nice things!! Yay!
I love how the cloths have sort-of a ballerina style to them, it makes her seem more graceful, rather than the skimpy dress-things most people draw butterfly/faerie things in. I also like the coloring, though it is a bit dark, but that helps with the emotion a bit. I really like it a lot.
